Cycling Quest Greece – Photo & Video Consent Form

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Cycling Quest Greece requires explicit consent to use photos and videos that may identify you.

1. Purpose of Media Use

Cycling Quest Greece may use photographs and video footage for:

• Website content
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Promotional campaigns
• Printed materials
• Digital advertising
• Internal documentation

Your images/video will never be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

2. What Personal Data May Appear

Images or videos may include:

• Your face or body
• Your voice (in video clips)
• Your cycling equipment
• Scenes of participation during the tour

We will not publish your name unless you give separate permission.

• Request removal of published photos/videos where feasible

Withdrawal of consent will not affect media already legally published prior to the withdrawal.
